oh well that's a bit difficult to explain i guess XD
i used normal scissors and pinned a big enough piece of fur in the right fur-direction onto the head with needles.
then i tried to cut along the seams (which are actually no seams because the whole fur is only glued on the head^^') without cutting the fur itself but the basic-cloth thats holding the fur. i tried to manage the scissors' ends as low as possible between the fur and the cloth. when you don's cut the fur itself there will be less fur flying around and it looks more natural in the end because the fur won't have a clean break but more of a gradient end
